When you’re ready for a new chapter—a board seat, career pivot, or simply a role that fits better—this is where we start. Here’s what to expect, from first contact to final files.

Every document is written by me. Every decision is intentional. And every step is built around your goals.


 

Step 1: Choose your package.

Send me a note or book a quick intro call. We’ll clarify what you need—resume, LinkedIn, e-note, bio, or the full suite—and I’ll send over an agreement and invoice via email. Once you’re onboard, you’ll receive a calendar link to schedule our strategy call and lock in your spot.

My calendar often fills up weeks in advance—so if you’ve got a deadline, reach out sooner rather than later. Occasionally, I can take on a RUSH project, if timing allows.

Step 2: We talk. I listen. Strategy begins.

Our 90-minute strategy call is not a basic intake. It’s a focused conversation about what you’ve done, where you’re headed, and how to position you for what’s next.

I’ll ask questions and listen closely to uncover the sharpest version of your story. We’ll talk about accomplishments, transitions, leadership themes, and the deeper “why” behind your next move. We’ll get into your personality, too—so your documents sound like you, not like templates or algorithms.

Step 3: Review, refine, and dive in!

Within 10–14 business days (sooner for RUSH), you’ll receive your new documents in Microsoft Word. From there, we’ll fine-tune as needed. Most clients request only light edits—but I’m here to make sure it’s exactly right.
